If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, or if you just changed your mind, we promise to make it right with a 100% refund under the following terms:

Returns

You can return most items within 30 days from the date you made your purchase. If something unexpected happens and you miss the 30-day window, no worries! We may still be able to work with you depending on the situation, so reach out to us.

Here’s what we ask:

• The item should be in original, undamaged condition (unless it’s defective).
• You don’t need to worry about tags and labels being attached. Just make sure it’s in the same condition as when you got it!
• You’ll need to include proof of purchase (like your order confirmation or receipt).

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is easy. Here’s how it works:

1. Contact Us
   • You can email us at help@republizon.com, call us at (855) REP-BZON (855-737-2966), or request a return inside your account on our website.
2. We’ll Send You a Return Label
   Once we approve your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label at no cost to you. We’ll either cover the shipping cost ourselves or work with the seller to figure it out, depending on who sold the item.
3. Pack It Up and Ship It Back
   Please return the item in its original packaging (if possible), along with the return label and proof of purchase. Then, just ship it back to the address on the label.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and get your refund or exchange processed.

• Refund: We’ll refund your original payment method, or if you prefer, offer you in-store credit.
• Exchange: You can swap your item for something of equal or lesser value, and we’ll refund the difference.
• Upgrading: If you want to exchange for something of higher value, we’ll apply your refund as a credit and charge you the difference.

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return once we get the item back. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to show up on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.

We’ll email you as soon as your return is processed, so you’re always in the loop!

Items We Can’t Accept for Return

Some items just can’t be returned, and here’s why:

• Perishable goods (like food or fresh flowers), plants, and grocery items because they can’t be resold.
• Intimate products, personal hygiene items, and sanitary goods—these can’t be returned once opened unless they’re defective or damaged. In that case, you have 12 hours from the time you received the item to let us know.
• Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases) because they’re dangerous.
• Books, newspapers, and magazines that are damaged or marked because they can’t be resold.

Fraudulent Returns

We take fraud seriously to protect both our customers and sellers. If we suspect a return is fraudulent, we may refuse the return or charge you for the shipping costs. Just be honest with us— we’ll work with you as best we can!

Intimate Items

For intimate personal items, such as adult products or hygiene goods, returns are not allowed once they’ve been opened—unless the item is defective or damaged. If there’s an issue, you need to let us know within 12 hours of receiving the item. We’ll allow you to exchange the item, but we can’t process an exchange if it’s been used.

If we do receive a returned intimate item that’s been used, we’ll charge a $150 per hour processing fee to cover the additional risks to our staff or third-party sellers. Make sure you’re really certain before purchasing these types of items.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this return policy, but don’t worry, we’ll always notify you via email or on our website if anything important changes.
